Oregon Dungeness Crab Commission Director Leaves The Helm

COOS BAY — The Oregon Dungeness Crab Commission’s long time Executive Director, Nick Furman, has retired.

Furman stepped down Oct. 1 after 22 years leading the industry-funded organization, according to the commission.

“Nick’s leadership and commitment to Oregon’s crab industry will be missed,” said the commission’s chairman, John Corbin.
