Earlier this year, we announced our plans for our Craigmillar Cake Mixes. Today, we are excited to launch our refreshed range of mixes, which includes the following: Madeira Cake Mix, Chocolate Cake Mix, Complete Sponge Mix, Chocolate Sponge Mix, Ginger Cake, Plain Crème Cake Mix, American Chocolate Muffin and American Plain Muffin
As part of the renovation, the mixes have refreshed packaging that will be in bags rather than boxes, making it easier for bakers to store. The packaging also has a new design to reflect the high quality of the products, including detailed recipe information on the label.
The cake mixes have new formulations to produce even better results, including improved volume, color, moistness, texture and flavor, and will be available with brand new recipe brochures highlighting a range of recipes for every mix.
