Dairy Farmers of Ontario Not Concerned About Delay To New Dairy Strategy

The Chair of Dairy Farmers of Ontario doesn’t see a delay in implementing the new national dairy strategy as a major concern.

Ralph Dietrich says the Canadian Dairy Commission is just doing its due diligence in asking for the implementation to be bumped from September 1st to November 1st.

He points out the new strategy is designed to be a long-term thing, so a short delay getting it started to make sure it’s done right should not be a problem.
