WhiteWave Foods has weathered the decline of dairy and soy milk's slump with a little help from the almond, coconut and cashew.
Now the Denver-based natural foods company is betting the banana could be the next big thing.
The WhiteWave Foods Co., the maker of Horizon Organic, Silk and So Delicious, is testing the waters with Sir Bananas banana milk in Colorado, Indiana, Michigan and Ohio grocery stores.
