BERKELEY, CA – Dang Foods, pioneer of the Coconut Chip category, will be debuting their newest product line, Onion Chips, and the newest flavor to their popular line of coconut chips, Salted Cacao, at the 2016 Winter Fancy Food Show, Booth 5025. The Onion Chips, a first of its kind, will be sold in four savory flavors: Sea Salt, Salt-n-Pepper, Chipotle Garlic and Applewood BBQ beginning January 2016.
Onion Chips are made with real onion slices and minimal ingredients for a fiber-filled, vegan and gluten-free snack. Each crunchy chip is vacuum fried, which means the onion slices are cooked at low temperatures and pressure to retain the onion’s nutrients and form. Low in sodium, Onion Chips boast a caramelized, umami-flavor that can be enjoyed alone as a snack or as a topping for salads, soups and more.

The Winter Fancy Food Show will take place on January 17 to 19, 2016 at the Moscone Convention Center, located at 747 Howard St., San Francisco, California 94103. Dang Foods will display their new and fan-favorite original snack flavor options at Booth 5025.
Onion Chips will hit stores in January 2016 in family-size packages for $4.99. Salted Cacao Coconut Chips will be available starting February 2016 in snack-size and family- size packages for $2.99 – $4.99.
