RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif – Renaissance Food Group (RFG) has announced that Jennifer Elias has joined the company as Manufacturing Director for Culinary Operations. In this role, Elias will work closely with RFG’s expanding Product Development team, creating and launching new items from their fresh kitchen facilities.
Elias’ previous job experience ranges from research and development and regulatory compliance to quality control and product development. This newly created position will also incorporate Elias’ Bachelor of Science in Food Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
In her previous positions with Campbell Soup Company and Ghirardelli, respectively, Elias gained an understanding of the food industry that will be instrumental to RFG as the company looks to expand its kitchen capabilities and introduce new items into the market.

Effective December 2015, Elias assumed her Manufacturing Director for Culinary Operations responsibilities and will be based out of Renaissance Food Group’s California plant.
