Cantrell-Gainco Highlights Deboning/Trimming, Bagging and X-ray Detection at IPPE 2027

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – Cantrell-Gainco will showcase innovative solutions for poultry deboning/trimming, bagging and X-ray detection of product contaminants at the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta, Ga., from January 26-28, 2027. As part of Fortifi Food Processing Solutions, Cantrell-Gainco representatives will be on hand in Blue Hall C, Booth C25126, to present solutions that optimize meat production.
At IPPE, Cantrell-Gainco will demonstrate the YieldPlus® Debone/Trim Management System, which combines Cantrell-Gainco’s advanced product distribution and data collection capabilities with Bettcher Industries’ yield-enhancing and labor-saving trimmer technologies. This versatile modular sanitary system increases product yields by 5% or more, reduces labor costs by up to 25% and accepts multiple expansion options that add workstations, takeaway conveyors and more.
Cantrell-Gainco also will showcase its AccuFill® Dual-Station Bagger System, engineered to fill bags of various sizes with speed and consistency. Optional dimpled steel hoppers promote smoother flow for sticky products and help maintain fast, reliable processing cycles. The system fills up to 12 bags per minute in a rugged design built for enduring performance.
In partnership with AICON X-Ray, Cantrell-Gainco serves as the full-service distributor of AICON X-ray inspection systems to the U.S. poultry industry and is able to sell, service, support and provide spare parts for these AICON systems. At IPPE, the companies will feature the AICON SCAN XR-500 Poultry with Photon Counter Detector (AICON PCT™) technology to detect even 1 mm of calcified bone.
