Atkins Ranch Launches New, Verified Regenerative Lamb Product Nationwide

FREMONT, Calif. — Atkins Ranch announced the nationwide launch of a new product: Primal Blend Ground Lamb, a nutrient-rich combination of traditional grass-fed lamb cuts with liver and heart, regeneratively farmed and designed for Paleo, keto, and other protein-conscious consumers.
“Lamb makes up less than one percent of Americans’ meat consumption every year,” said Pat Maher, CEO of Atkins Ranch, “so the market has lots of room to grow. And healthy, high-quality lamb options are a great solution for a grocery industry trying to keep up with ever-increasing consumer demands for superior nutrition and convenience. Our Primal Blend will help our retail partners introduce a new way for Americans to get more healthy protein on their tables, with the peace of mind that comes with buying from farms that are committed to caring for the land.”
Atkins Ranch is a leader in regenerative agriculture, which uses farming practices intended to measurably improve soil health, encourage biodiversity, and protect natural resources. Its lamb is sourced from a collective of more than 100 family farms committed to responsible farming and environmental stewardship. 79% of these farms have achieved Land to Market verification, which evaluates measurable ecological outcomes associated with regenerative land management.
“Our farming families understand that great lamb starts with caring for the land,” said Maher. “Now, consumers can get the highest-quality meat without the work of searching for a specialty farm market. Consumers don’t have to sacrifice convenience for values or quality when what they need is right there, in their regular grocery store down the road.”
Primal Blend Ground Lamb will be available at Whole Foods Market stores nationwide starting Oct. 21.
