STOUGHTON, Wis. – Athenos, America’s Number 1 feta brand, is introducing Athenos Green Goddess Feta Cheese Crumbles. This new product combines creamy, tangy feta with a bright, herbaceous Green Goddess flavor.

Conveniently pre-crumbled and ready to use, Athenos Green Goddess Feta offers an easy way to add a beloved flavor to salads, grain bowls, wraps, roasted vegetables and Mediterranean-inspired meals. The blend features flavors including lemon, green onion, parsley and garlic.
Green Goddess flavor has grown 13.6% during the past four years, with an additional 26.6% growth projected during the next four years, according to Datassential Menu Trends. The flavor is in the proliferation stage of the Menu Adoption Cycle, indicating broad consumer awareness with room for continued growth.*
Athenos Green Goddess Feta Cheese Crumbles also performed well in consumer concept testing, garnering 86% consumer appeal and 72% purchase likelihood, according to a proprietary study from Hanover Research.
