The Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers (ASCFG) has scheduled guided floral farm tours for late August.

On Tuesday, August 25th a farm tour of the Charles and Bethany Little’s Charles Little and Company is scheduled.

Join a guided farm tour at Charles Little and Company in Eugene, Oregon, where you’ll walk through acres of specialty‑cut flowers, foliage, and ornamental crops grown in rich Willamette Valley soil.

Attendees will learn how the farm operates seasonally, with clip‑your‑own (U‑Pick) fields, a flower barn and farm‑stand, and an emphasis on field‑grown, non‑forced blooms. This program will be a full day farm tour, with the morning tour of the fields led by Charles Little and an afternoon tour of the farm infrastructure led by Bethany Little.

Pick up your copy of The Flower Farmers, available at the Charles Little and Company’s Farm Stand, where Debra, Bethany and Charles will sign your copy.

On Thursday, August 27th, the Crowley House Flower Farm Tour is scheduled.

Tour Crowley House Flower Farm during the 2026 GardenComm Symposium
Crowley House Flower Farm blends historic charm with a fresh approach to agricultural hospitality in Rickreall, Oregon and the Willamette Valley.

As an excellent example of the Slow Flowers Movement in action, the farm reflects a commitment to locally grown, seasonal blooms and a more sustainable floral industry. The visit includes a flower arranging demonstration and flower growing fields plus a look at the farm’s small nursery, offering insight into both floral design and production.

Debra Prinzing, founder of Slow Flowers, will kick things off, bringing her perspective and energy to the experience. Meet co-owners and siblings Beth Syphers and Keith Syphers as they lead this inspiring tour.

The tours are hosted by the Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers (ASCFG).
