Registration is open for the American Dairy Product Institute’s (ADPI) fall DI360 ingredients training course.

The Fall 2026 Semester of the Dairy Ingredients 360 Training Course kicks off August 24 — secure your spot now to learn about all things dairy! ADPI’s online training/education course provides a comprehensive, 360 degree view of the dairy ingredients and products sector.

The course features 36 hours of instructional content taught by dairy ingredient subject matter experts and is available in an on-demand format for self-paced learning. Enrollees dive into topics ranging from milk chemistry and processing techniques, markets and economics, and formulations and applications. The course is a unique opportunity to ensure a vast understanding of the farm to fork process of producing dairy and dairy ingredients.

As a benefit of membership in ADPI, member organizations receive training credits on an annual basis to apply towards full-course registrations for the DI360 Training Course. Organizations which enroll three or more employees in the full-time DI360 Training Course can obtain a multi-registration discount. For more information, please contact Beth Holcomb, VP of Membership, at bholcomb@adpi.org.

Additionally, ADPI is offering the full DI360 Training Course to undergraduate students as “Fundamentals of Milk Processing” in partnership with Kansas State University. Any student in an undergraduate* degree program can enroll for three transferrable college credit hours. The fall course runs August 24 – December 20, and students are encouraged to enroll before August 4 to avoid additional fees.
