The nutrient density study, conducted in partnership with Edacious, evaluated a full spectrum of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids and potential contaminants in Verde’s organic, 100% grass-fed and finished beef, benchmarking ribeye-to-ribeye against leading grass-fed, non-organic products. The analysis found that Verde delivers significantly higher levels of key nutrients, including 9% more Omega-3s, 39% more CLA, 24% more Vitamin B12, 47% more iron and 41% more zinc, along with a lower risk of exposure to contaminants. Together, the findings reinforce that not all grass-fed beef is created equal, and that higher farming standards directly impact both nutrient density and overall food quality. Similar results were seen when testing the 93% lean organic ground beef as well.
