Mooney Farms, producer of the Bella Sun Luci brand of sun dried tomato products has announced that they will team up with San Miguel Produce, brand owner of Cut N Clean Greens, to co-market their top products – Bella Sun Luci Sun Dried Tomatoes and Cut N Clean Greens leafy greens.
The two companies will be creating a co-marketing campaign to highlight the compatibility and health benefits of their two produce items. The marketing campaign will include recipe toppers featuring the two super foods and their health benefits, which are plentiful.
Mooney Farms’ corporate chef, Chef Richard Hirshen, spent last week working with a representative of San Miguel Produce at the Mooney Farms test kitchen in Chico, California preparing many dishes with the two products. The end result was a masterful combination of the robust flavor of sun-dried tomatoes and the delicate taste of leafy greens in four delicious recipes. These recipes will be featured in the marketing campaign to hit the shelves soon.
Mooney Farms began in 1987 as a family owned kiwi farming operation. Their products were sold at the farmer’s markets in Northern California by family members.
