Google Gemini and DooDash Partner to Order Food on Pixel 10 and Galaxy S26

Samsung and DoorDash previewed a new Gemini feature that lets you use simple commands on Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and the Samsung Galaxy S26 series to order food on DoorDash in the U.S., launching in beta on March 3. 

Here’s how it works:

• With a long press of the power button, you can ask Gemini to handle multi-step tasks like reordering your last meal on DoorDash.
• Gemini opens the app in a virtual window and moves through the ordering flow, completing the steps in the background so you can keep using your phone. 
• You can watch it work, take over your DoorDash order at any time, or let it run. If a decision is needed or an item is out of stock, Gemini will prompt you. 
• When the order is ready, you’ll receive a notification that says, “I’ve prepared your order. Complete it in the DoorDash app,” so you can review and place it.
