Our philosophy is to use organic ingredients for organic foods as much as possible. Therefore, we have invested in the development of a range of organic yeast to help our customers make their products all organic. The Lallemand organic yeast is used in high quality bakery products, as an ingredient for savory and health foods as well as in wine making.
We focus on the quality of the products combining decade’s old know-how of yeast production with the requirements of organic agriculture and food processing. Our organic yeast is made in different locations in the EU following the rules of the EU organic regulation.
At Biofach, Lallemand will be presenting the organic yeast range. “Besides showing our complete organic product portfolio we will focus on introducing our new Instaferm® organic dry yeast sachet for home baking.
