Cybake Appoints 3 New Sales Executives in the USA

In Arvada, Colorado, Cybake has appointed three new sales executives: Andrea Chappell, Hannah Arneson, and Scotty Savage. With extensive backgrounds in food and beverage B2B sales, they join the company amid its growth in North America. Luke Karl, Cybake’s USA operations head, emphasized their seamless transition into the bakery sector. The new team will represent Cybake at the IBIE in Las Vegas from September 14-17, alongside key company figures.

Based at Cybake North America’s headquarters in Arvada, Colorado, the new members of the Cybake team are Andrea Chappell, Hannah Arneson, and Scotty Savage.
With over nine years of experience in the software and wine industries, Andrea Chappell has worked with a diverse portfolio of clients across the North Central United States providing them with SaaS solutions for CRM, ERP, and BI.
Hannah Arneson is an experienced salesperson with a strong background in marketing and advertising, particularly in the food produce and agricultural sectors.
Scotty Savage has considerable experience of managing IT systems for food retailers, as well as in the sales of SaaS supply chain and EDI solutions.
Commenting on the appointments, Luke Karl, Cybake’s head of USA operations, says: “Our new colleagues join us at a time of continued growth for Cybake in North America. All three have strong backgrounds in food and beverage-related B2B sales, and they all have taken to the bakery trade like naturals.”
Cybake’s new sales executives will join Luke Karl on the company’s stand at IBIE in Las Vegas from September 14-17, along with Cybake CEO Ali Lyons, North America implementation specialist Kelly Tyson, and Rachel Hindle, global sales and marketing manager.
Luke Karl will also give two twenty-minute QuickBITES presentations at the tri-annual mega-event, billed by its organizers as the most important grain-based food event in the Western Hemisphere.
On Saturday, September 14, Luke will present, “How to automate your admin to build a more sustainable and profitable wholesale bakery”, at the Wholesale Bakers Stage 1 in the West Hall from 12:45 AM – 1:05 PM.
On Tuesday, September 16, Luke will present “Retail baking: how to get your prices right, cut waste, and operate a wholesale subsidiary” at the RBA Bakers Center – RONDO Baking & Pastry Stage.
In the run up to IBIE, Cybake has also published a new series of customer success videos on its website and YouTube channel featuring happy users of its software in the USA.
