Kellie Shetlar Joins Simmons Prepared Foods as Senior Vice President of Sales

SILOAM SPRINGS, AR — Simmons Prepared Foods is pleased to welcome Kellie Shetlar as the Senior Vice President of Retail Sales. Shetlar has over two decades of experience across various sales teams, business development, and finance, including 16 years in the consumer-packaged goods industry. She most recently led the Walmart Frozen & Refrigerated business at Conagra Brands.

Shetlar began her career in finance and auditing, including time at KPMG, before transitioning into sales and business development at Conagra. She has held leadership roles across sales, business development, and finance. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Hastings College and has served on the Board of Directors for the National Frozen and Refrigerated Foods Association, since 2020. In 2024, she was recognized with the FoRWARD Award by the Frozen Refrigerated Buyer Association, honoring top women in the industry.
