The 2015 Midwest Foodservice Expo baking competitions have been announced. This year’s competitions are:
- –Creative Cake Decorating Competition – This year’s theme is “Fantasy in 3-D Cakes”
- –Cupcake Warrior Challenge
- –Extreme Wedding Cake Challenge (with 3 different subcategories: Extreme Groom’s Cake, Extreme Wedding Cake- Buttercream, and Extreme Wedding Cake – Fondant)
- –Bakers Best Gluten Free Dessert Competition
