UK-based Cornish Bakery has appointed Arnaud Kaziewicz as its first Head of Proposition and Product Innovation. He will focus on developing the premium bakery-café’s pastry, cake, and pasty ranges in anticipation of the company's planned outlet growth. Previously, Kaziewicz was the Head of Food at London’s RedEngine, which runs the Flight Club and Electric Shuffle social bar concepts.

UK-based Cornish Bakery has appointed its first Head of Proposition and Product Innovation to spearhead menu innovation ahead of planned outlet growth.
Arnaud Kaziewicz joins the UK bakery-café chain from London-based hospitality group RedEngine, which operates the Flight Club and Electric Shuffle social bar concepts, where he served as Head of Food.
