Dorothy Lane Market's Tenth Annual Spring Fling Pastry & Food Show will take place Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Springboro DLM at 740 N. Main Street Springboro – three miles south of the Dayton Mall on 741.
• Enjoy demonstrations by Ghyslain Maurais (featured on the Food Network) – pastry chef and chocolatier for DLM.
• Taste fabulous new spring pastries, all prepared daily using clean, fresh ingredients including organic eggs, European-style butter, and real vanilla. Introducing our new DLM Hokey Pokey Gelato, Poirier D’Anjou, Mont Blanc, and Kentucky Bourbon Gelato Macaron Sandwiches!
• Sparkling wines, still wine, hard cider, and local craft brews will be served with sweet and savory appetizers created by Chef Carrie Walters.
