Mar-Jac Poultry Receives BRC Certification

Mar-Jac Poultry is pleased to announce that it has earned an A level certification through the British Retail Consortium (BRC) under the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). 

The GFSI is an effort to standardize food safety and food production chain audits. As a part of that effort, various organizations submit to the global governing body their auditing schemes for approval. To obtain an A certification through BRC, all aspects of the operation at Mar-Jac Poultry are checked against global standards for food safety, integrity, and commitment to the high standards of both BRC and GFSI from the floor level employees to top management.
