ELMHURST, IL—We are thrilled to announce Patricia Smith’s appointment as the Chief Executive Officer- elect and President-elect of the American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI), effective Monday, May 19, 2025. Patricia brings a wealth of experience and a dynamic leadership style to ADPI, having held various executive roles in the dairy industry.
Patricia’s career spans over three decades, during which she has demonstrated exceptional skills in strategic planning, sales, marketing, finance, operations, customer service, business development, quality, supply chain, and technical service. Her visionary leadership and commitment to integrity, courage, and excellence has driven significant growth and transformation in every organization she has led.
In her new role, Patricia will be responsible for steering ADPI towards continued success and innovation via its mission of enhancing the global utilization of dairy ingredients by leveraging the organizations technical, commercial, educational benefits and services.
