Golbon Spring Member Conference

Boise, Idaho – The Golbon 2017 Spring Member Conference was held April 25-27 in Cincinnati, Ohio. This event brought together more than 400 Golbon distributor members and supplier partners for three days of business building and networking.
The opening day highlighted the second annual Service Provider Spectacular, featuring a variety of Golbon’s service partners: from those providing operation and warehouse systems, to software providers and financial solutions. The “Stacks of Cash” giveaway was a focused incentive for distributor members during this event.
The first night Golbon provided a venue for attendees to reconnect and network. The room was full of energy as guests enjoyed delicious finger foods provided by eight Golbon suppliers.
The show floor set the perfect stage with attendees coming together to discuss new opportunities for growth and mutual success. A focused energy was evident as distributors and suppliers met in scheduled appointments over two days of food show.
Golbon honored guest speakers as attendees came together to learn about industry news and new programs available to Golbon members. IFDA presented distributor benefits, MarketIQ was introduced and the Food Safety Modernization Act was presented with upcoming deadlines.
Wednesday’s lunch recognized the 2016 Golbon Premier Club National Winners in both the Sales and Merchandising categories. These “best-of-the-best” were selected from the group that joined Golbon in San Diego in January for the annual Premier Club incentive trip. They are valued members of their distributorship, and truly exemplify the commitment to hard work and results that come with such recognition.
