HUDSON, WIS. – Nor-Lake, designer and manufacturer of refrigeration equipment for foodservice, scientific and industrial markets, is pleased to announce that Chris Reeves has joined the company as Vice President of Sales, effective May 18, 2017. 

Reeves will succeed Barb Belongia, who had previously announced her plans to retire in December 2017. Belongia is committed to ensuring a successful transition for Reeves, and she will work closely with him as well as the field and inside sales teams to make that happen.

As VP of Sales, Reeves will develop and execute a commercial strategy to achieve breakthrough sales growth, expand new business opportunities, and explore new market laneways. He will provide leadership and direction to the sales organization to include the field sales team and inside sales. Key responsibilities include sales funnel management, key account planning and channel management. 

Reeves is an active member of the Refrigerated Solutions Group Leadership Team, and he will be collaborating with our Food Service Equipment Group functional leaders to help drive group level initiatives.

Reeves has been in the foodservice industry for 25 years, serving the last two as Senior Vice President with Excell Marketing and Procurement. Prior to joining Excell, Reeves spent 5 years as Western Region Sales Manager for Nor-Lake where he successfully managed a group of independent foodservice representatives and managed relationships with existing national accounts.
