Winchester, MA's Roast Coffee Company Closed, Gluten-Free Baked Goods Coming Soon

Roast Coffee Company, 748 Main St., has closed and will reopen as a gluten-free bake shop, owner Ehab Sadeek confirmed Thursday, Oct. 13.
The popular shop will still serve coffee and coffee drinks when it reopens in a few weeks, but will feature gluten-free baked goods from Sadeek's Somerville commissary, the Winchester resident said.
"We wanted to reach out to the community with something unique," he said. "It is a growing segment of the market and many people say they can't eat gluten."
