A Scotland shortbread manufacturer has expanded its worldwide footprint.
Huntly, Scotland-based Dean’s has secured a £4.9 million ($5.6 million) funding package from Bank of Scotland to meet growth in international demand for its shortbread and biscuits in markets including the U.S., Australia, China and Japan.
In its 50th year, Dean’s is a family-owned business based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire, producing premium shortbread, biscuits and savory cheese bites which prides itself on using time-honored handcrafted baking methods.
