Market Fresh Produce Announces Two Personnel Moves

Nixa, MO – Market Fresh would like to announce the promotion of Joel Laughlin as a new Category Manager helping assist with our newest vegetable program.

Laughlin’s primary responsibility as Category Manager will be negotiating cost of goods, in addition to developing and maintaining good relationships with our growers, shippers and other supply partners. He will also oversee the development of logistical efficiencies throughout the supply chain.

Laughlin previously served on our Procurement Staff where he was responsible for product orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment for our customers.

Market Fresh Produce also is delighted to welcome Bob Stevenson to its team as the Warehouse & Production Manager for the Monett, MO facility. His primary duties at the facility will include logistical shipping and product receiving duties including management of warehouse inventory.

Stevenson’s previous experience includes working for companies such as Matthews Sweet Potato Farm, General Mills, Colgate Palmolive, and more. His background includes Account Management, Construction & Maintenance, and Warehouse & Production Management. With Stevenson’s background experience and knowledge, he will definitely be an asset to the Monett facility.
