Church Brothers To Debut Kale Color Crunch At PMA

SALINAS, CA – Church Brothers, a leading grower/processor/shipper of more than 500 fresh vegetable SKUs, will debut its newest foodservice salad blend in booth #1333 at PMA Fresh Summit Atlanta.

The new salad, Kale Color Crunch is a multi-use vegetable blend that includes Rainbow kale, Brussels sprouts, Napa and red cabbage, Radicchio and carrots.  What makes this six component salad blend different is its vibrant color pallet.

In addition, the company will display it’s popular eco-friendly, sustainably farmed product line including second crop baby chards and spinach that uses 50 percent less water to grow; and share it’s first company commercial on PMAtv.

The company will also celebrate employee Josh Ruiz’ recognition by Produce Business as a 40 Under 40 recipient and the participation in the Tour de Fresh bike riding event to raise money for salad bars by Drew McDonald, Jeff Church and Chuck Church.
