J&J Family Of Farms New Sales Positions And Bean Commodity Manager

Loxahatchee, FL: J&J Family of Farms announces the addition of Shane Rogers and Carl Ream to their sales team.
Shane has 9 years of experience in the produce industry specializing in retail account management, sales and procurement. Shane began his career with Rosemont Farms and continued with C.H. Robinson following it’s acquisition of Rosemont Farms. “We are excited to have Shane bring his energy and professionalism to our team. Shane's experience in retail sales and the corresponding account management skills will certainly support the growth expectations of our family farmers.” said Kohl Brown, VP of Sales J&J Family of Farms. When asked about his new role with J&J, Rogers commented, “There are many great things happening at J&J right now that are going to make a big impact on the produce industry. I’m very excited to be joining the team and I’m looking forward to being part of J&J’s upcoming growth and success.”
Rogers holds a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Florida.
Carl, a veteran in the produce industry brings a broad range of sales experience, knowledge, leadership and management skills to J&J. During his career, Ream has worked with several import, domestic and organic fresh produce organizations. He has most recently worked with Florida Specialties. With more than 40 years of experience working numerous produce industry positions — from sales and marketing on the supplier side with retailers, wholesalers and growers, to management experience on the retail side with Kroger in the 1970's and 80s, Ream now returns to J&J Family of Farms. "Returning to the J&J team is ideal timing for me, I am enthusiastic about how my background in the produce industry can help the company exceed its goals as it undergoes major growth," states Ream.

Carl will become the green bean commodity manager for the business and lead this commodity with the Thomas Produce production being integrated into J&J’s sales.
