Bread Alone Bakery, a popular and growing organic bakery in Kingston, New York, is looking at the Albany-Saratoga area for its next expansion.

The bakery's CEO and founder, Dan Leader, said he is impressed with the development happening in the region and is in the early stages of considering options for opening a retail store.

"I just can't believe the traffic on Wolf Road and Central Avenue," Leader said. "And even more what's going on in Saratoga. It's just exploded up there with GlobalFoundries," referring to a $10 billion computer chip plant in Saratoga County.
