Bonita Springs – Mifroma USA, a division of M Industry USA Inc. is proud to announce that Alan J. Baca has joined the team as East Coast Regional sales manager as of June 1, 2015
Al has a tremendous amount of experience in the imported cheese business and will certainly enhance to current Mifroma USA team. His reputation in the industry precedes him.
Paul Schilt, Executive VP mentions that Mifroma USA has proven to be a key player in the traditional Switzerland Cheese business. With the addition of the Mifroma Premium division, we are going to be able to offer high end, exclusive specialty cheeses which will represent all regions and all milks from Switzerland. Additionally, we will be offering three different types of butters, made in a small dairy in the Jura Mountains.
