Krehbiels Meats Earns Convention Honors

Krehbiels Specialty Meats recently attended the annual Kansas Meat Processors Association Convention in Manhattan, Kansas. Attending were Jeff Krehbiel, General Manager; Danny Williamson, Retail Manager/Assistant Plant Manager; Julie Rohret, Office Manager; Zachary Krehbiel; and Angie Krehbiel, Customer Service Manager.

Krehbiels Specialty Meats won the following awards in the Processed Meat Product Show:

• Grand Champion Specialty Bratwurst: for a Spicy Bratwurst with cheese and jalapeno.
• Grand Champion Jerky Whole Muscle: for Hombre Beef Jerky.
• Grand Champion Innovative Beef: for Beef Beer Brats.
• Reserve Grand Champion Dried (Cured) Beef: for Smoked Sliced Beef
• Reserve Grand Champion Snack Sticks: for Pork & Beef Stick
• Reserve Champion Fresh Sausage: for Zesty Breakfast Sausage
• Reserve Champion Non Classified Specialty: for Smoked Chicken
