Alaska Seafood Featured By Princess Alaska Cruises

A new partnership between Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute, or ASMI, and Princess Cruise Lines will bring more Alaska seafood onboard Princess’ Alaska cruises.

Princess Cruise Lines will serve a variety of Alaska cuisine onboard, including king crab, king salmon and fresh halibut.

“Not only will there be a dedicated Alaska cuisine themed night in the main dining rooms, but there will also be a special Alaska cuisine menu in the Crown Grill and Bayou Cafe on select evenings. Princess chefs will also be specially trained by Alaska seafood chefs, ensuring the preparation and taste is authentically Alaska,” according to a press release from ASMI.
