Monterey, CA- The 2nd Annual Aaron Hill Knocks Hunger Out of the Park Baseball Camp to benefit Ag Against Hunger (agagainsthunger.org) will be held at California State University, Monterey Bay (CSUMB) baseball fields in Seaside, CA on November 15, 2014 from 9:00am – 12:00 pm.

Aaron Hill, two-time Silver Slugger and All-Star second basemen for the Arizona Diamondbacks, will be on the site to direct the one-day event.  In addition, All Star pitcher, Wade Miley, San Francisco Giants World Series Champ, and MVP Cody Ross, and Mind Coach for the Arizona Diamondbacks, Peter Crone, will be attending to create a unique baseball experience.

The camp is open to boys and girls ages 8-14 and focuses on baseball fundamentals. Groups will be small to ensure each participant gets personalized instruction.  With the help of a prominent baseball staff, Hill will talk about the finer points of the game and encouragement in school.

Participants receive a goodie bag with an autographed photo from Hill, camp T-shirt, Diamondbacks hat, $10 voucher to SUBWAY, and the opportunity to win additional prizes.  Spots are limited, so participants are encouraged to register early.

Ag Against Hunger was founded in 1990 to provide people in need with nutritious, fresh, surplus produce from local fields in the Central Coast of California.

All proceeds will go towards the benefit of Ag Against Hunger.
