Globe Food Equipment Company (Dayton, OH) introduced a new stock pot range to their gas cooking line during the 2017 NAFEM Show.
With 100,000 BTUs Globe’s stock pot range is designed to quickly heat large pots of soup, pasta, sauce and other liquids. The stock pot has a lower height making it easier to lift large, heavy pots for operator comfort and safety, reducing the chance of spillage, and saving valuable kitchen space.
Globe’s GSP18G stock pot range is great for cafes, concession stands, and kitchens short on space. The two piece, ring-type cast iron burner provides maximum cooking performance and the one piece cast iron grate has a standing pilot for easy ignition. Stock pot comes with natural gas and an LP conversion kit is included as well as a two-year parts and labor warranty.
“The addition of the stock pot range compliments Globe’s full line of countertop and floor gas cooking equipment,” said Kevin Woods, Globe’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing. “It’s powerful with 100,000 BTUs and is a perfect addition to any restaurant needing to heat large quantities of product. There is also a convenient storage area under the controls.”
Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, the Globe brand is recognized in the commercial food equipment industry for quality, performance and value. Globe has expanded its food slicer line with other product categories such as mixers, choppers, scales, and cooking equipment.
