Lidl Puts a Sustainable Spin on Classic Meat Product

Lidl is the first supermarket to introduce partially plant-based mince. This mince mix consists of 60% minced beef and 40% pea protein and tastes the same as mince that consists entirely of beef. Lidl wants to motivate mince lovers to choose mince with a lower environmental impact. In addition, the mince mix is ​​also cheaper than minced beef. 

Lidl Voluntarily Recalls Deluxe Branded Macarons Party Edition Due to Undeclared Allergens

Lidl US has announced a voluntary recall of Deluxe branded Macarons Party Edition due to undeclared allergens. The recall was issued due to undeclared wheat, soy, egg, milk, and tree nuts (almonds, pistachios, and coconut) in the products as a result of non-English ingredient labeling. People who have allergies to any of these run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products. Lidl US has received no reports or complaints of illness related to this product to date.

Lidl US Expands Outdoor Garden Center Concept Just in Time for Spring
