WHO Study Confirms that Diets High in Fiber Lower People’s Chances of Heart Disease
The World Health Organization (WHO) recently released the results of a study that comprises 50 years of research on dietary fiber and confirmed that a higher consumption of it, which can be found in whole grain cereals, pasta, bread, among others, have greater benefits to protect against cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, and colorectal and breast cancer.
