ShopOne Centers together with its joint venture partners Pantheon and a leading global institutional investor, announced that they have acquired Publix at Mt. Zion in Morrow, Georgia, marking the fourth grocery-anchored neighborhood shopping center the JV has acquired in the Atlanta MSA.
