IDDBA Seeks Decorators to Compete in 25th Annual Cake Decorating Challenge

This challenge is open to supermarket decorators. Contestants will be chosen based on the quality of their portfolio submitted. The selection committee judges the portfolio based on use of color and consistency, creativity, and the variety of technique.

2019-20 IDDBA Officers and Board of Directors Announced

The International Dairy Deli Bakery Association announced the 2019-20 Officers and Board of Directors at their Annual Business Meeting, held recently in Madison, WI. Gaetano Auricchio, Executive Vice President of BelGioioso Cheese, Inc., assumes the role of the association’s Chairman of the Board. He has served on the Board of Directors since 2014 and has been involved in many committees.

Bozo is part of an elite group of 122 individuals from 33 companies who passed the 8th ACS CCP ® Exam.
