Avocados from Peru (AFP) and the Embassy of Peru will celebrate Peruvian culture at “Kaypi Perú” (“This is Peru” in Quechua), a festival celebrating the country’s culture and national day. AFP will be providing perfectly ripe avocados that will be used to create unique dishes including bison sliders with avocado and avocado gelato.
