American Association of Meat Processors Honors the Winners of 2023 American Cured Meat Championships
The American Association of Meat Processors (AAMP) announced the winners of the 2023 American Cured Meat Championships. The competition took place during the association’s annual convention, July 13-15 in Charleston, SC. This year, 56 plants from 29 states entered a total of 583 products in the competition.
