This new product line conveniently provides consumers with pre-portioned, individually vacuum-packed pieces of fish for a total net weight of 12 ounces. Debuting in spring 2010, Phillips Retail Fish Bags have a two year frozen shelf life, are packed 12 per case and are available to consumers in the following varieties: Yellowfin Ahi Tuna Steaks, Tilapia Fillets, Salmon Fillets, Barramundi Fillets, Swai Fillets, Mahi Mahi Fillets, Snapper Fillets and Grouper Fillets.
