PORTLAND, Ore. – Documenting the risk and reward of bringing in their harvest, the lives of Pacific Seafood fishermen are featured in the upcoming season of Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch: Dungeon Cove.
Filmed in Newport, Ore., and focusing on the Dungeness crab industry, Deadliest Catch: Dungeon Cove offers a glimpse into what it takes to harvest this delicacy, which continues to grow in popularity worldwide. Pacific Seafood Group has been involved in the Dungeness fishery for five decades and processes the catch from four of the six vessels in the show. Our fishermen battle Mother Nature and competing vessels to maximize their landings and income while bringing these crabs to the marketplace.
Deadliest Catch: Dungeon Cove premieres Tuesday, September 13 at 9 pm ET/PT on the Discovery Channel.
