McLEAN, Va. – For its first online initiative of the new year, The National Fisheries Institute’s Salmon Council is mobilizing behind American Heart Month as a way to reinforce salmon as a nutritious and delicious protein with proven benefits for heart health.
In addition to leveraging its own expansive reach through Hooked on Salmon Facebookand Pinterest channels, the Salmon Council has established partnerships with two notable online influencers, Sara Welch of Diethood and Katerina Petrovska of Dinner at the Zoo.
The influencers’ recipe creations for the American Heart Month emphasis:
- Ginger Glazed Salmon with Brussels Sprouts and Asparagus, by Diethood
