Memphis-based chef Jennifer McCullough’s lines of frozen seafood products are being picked up by East Coast grocery store chain Harris Teeter and by Wal-Mart.
The Chef Jenn line will soon be available in more than 220 Harris Teeter stores in the District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. McCullough got her first purchase order from Harris Teeter this week.
The regions and locations of the Wal-Mart roll out are still to be determined.
