The company is excited to share its new culinary favorite for the first time at the International Seafood Show in Boston, Massachusetts – the largest seafood trade event in North America – March 16-18, 2014 at exhibitor booth #718.
Two Brooklyn classics may now be savored together in the Smoked Salmon and Blini Combo Pack, ideal as a quick bite, hors d'oeuvre, or event showstopper. The combo pack creates a quick and convenient meal or snack that may be enjoyed on the go.
At just 70 calories per blini and made with absolutely no trans-fat, Acme provides a healthier and lower calorie alternative to a traditional bagel, which is typically 400 calories per serving. The new combo pack is also Kosher certified, high in Omega 3, all natural, and preservative free.
The Smoked Salmon and Blini Combo Pack is the result of Acme’s ongoing collaboration with Crepini, also a Brooklyn Classic company. Just last year, the two companies introduced a highly successful smoked salmon and cream crepe tray, which has been retailing nationwide at fine food markets including Whole Foods, Wegmans, Fairway, and Costco.
