Yoke's Agrees To Buy Trading Co. Stores

Spokane Valley-based grocery-store chain Yoke’s Foods Inc. said it has agreed to buy the four Trading Co. Stores supermarkets from Bonner Foods Inc., of Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
The stores are located in southwest Spokane, Spokane Valley, Cheney, and Post Falls.
The acquisition is scheduled to be completed in September, and once finalized, Yoke’s will have a total of 17 stores in Eastern Washington, Central Washington, and North Idaho.
