Wal-Mart grocery patrons can now do their shopping online and have their groceries brought to their cars at three Louisiana stores, all in the New Orleans area. The company announced Wednesday (June 22) its first online service in the state at stores in the Covington area, Slidell and Kenner.
The locations:
- Store #541, 880 N. U.S. 190, south of Covington.
- Store #1342, 300 W. Esplanade Ave, Kenner.
- Store #2655, 167 North Shore Blvd, Slidell.
The service allows customers to order and pay online, and schedule a pickup time, the company said. Online customers will park in a reserved parking area, where store employees will deliver the groceries to the customers' vehicles.
