The service will officially be available beginning Sunday, October 7, 2018.
Tops Grocery Pick Up allows shoppers to easily order their groceries online thru Tops Instacart (www.topsmarkets.com/instacart), select their preferred pickup time frame (between 8am-8pm) at one of three designated Tops locations, and then checkout right online. Instacart shoppers will shop the customers’ order and prepare them for pick up. When their order is ready, customers will receive a text which will include clear instructions for pick up and will let them know what clearly marked Tops Grocery Pick Up designated parking spot to park their vehicle. Upon arrival at Tops, shoppers will simply text “here” alerting the Tops associate that they have arrived and their groceries will be promptly brought out to their vehicle. It’s that easy!
