LAKELAND, Florida — Three additional cities have been selected as new-format GreenWise Market locations. They are Odessa, Florida; Nocatee (Ponte Vedra Beach), Florida; and Lexington, South Carolina.
“We’re creating a community gathering place where high-quality natural and organic products are the center of what we offer,” said Publix President Kevin Murphy. “And we’re helping our customers support their healthy lifestyle with convenient in-house prepared meals and grab and go options made from organic and antibiotic-free ingredients.”
GreenWise Market is a specialty, natural and organic store. In addition to a beverage bar featuring kombucha, locally-roasted coffee, wine, local beer and smoothies, the store offers local and unique products, indulgent gourmet treats, body care and bulk items. Customers may sign up for GreenWise Market REWARDS to receive personalized offers.
The company’s first GreenWise Market opened in Tallahassee, Florida, in October 2018. The other announced locations are Mount Pleasant, South Carolina; Lakeland, Florida; Boca Raton, Florida; Marietta, Georgia; Mountain Brook, Alabama; and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. The Mount Pleasant and Mountain Brook stores are expected to open this summer, and the Lakeland and Boca Raton stores are expected to open later in 2019. The company continues to look for additional GreenWise Market locations throughout its operating area.
